1:1 Spiritual Healing
Multiple Modalities
Personalized Services
Not to be confused with Theistic Religion, Spiritual Healing is made possible through a belief in something beyond the self, such as a higher power, a sacred meaning, or a connection to nature and humanity. Spirituality can have many benefits for physical and mental health, such as lower stress, higher compassion, and better coping skills through enhanced well-being, happiness, and connection to Something.
Spiritual healing is a process of restoring harmony and balance to the body, mind and soul through practices that help people get in touch with their spiritual selves. Blue draws from practices such as mindfulness, meditation, co-regulation, somatics, breathwork, lithotherapy, EMDR, EFT, NLP, aromatherapy, hypnotherapy, cultural rites, or - usually - a combination of these, to help people self-heal and cope with stress, illness, Trauma, addiction, or other challenges in life.
As a certified practitioner of multiple spiritual healing modalities and an ordained Humanist minister, Blue works with those in need of support for challenges and celebration of milestones in their lives. From meditation and counseling to ceremonies such as weddings, handfasting, and blessings, speaking engagements, and group sessions, Blue understands the importance of both individual work and the coming together of friends and community in one’s spiritual journey and wellness.

As the first line of defense of our ANS when we sense danger, social connections are crucial for regulation of our minds and bodies. Group sessions can be beneficial for people who want to share their experiences, learn from others, and receive feedback and support. Group sessions can also help clients develop social skills, cope with stress, and improve their self-esteem. They are usually held once a week for an hour or two, and they can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the goals and needs of the group.
If you are looking for a way to heal from your past traumas, create the life you desire, and build healthy and fulfilling relationships, you might benefit from coaching to help you identify and overcome the limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck in cycles of pain and frustration. By using tools and techniques we focus on, you can learn how to transform your mindset, emotions, and behaviors, and align them with your true self and purpose. Individual and relationship coaching can help you achieve more clarity, confidence, joy, and peace in your personal and professional life.
Humanist ministers are people who celebrate life and its milestones through culturally significant rites and ceremonies without invoking supernatural or religious beliefs. Understanding the vital role social connections play in overcoming dysregulation, stress, and trauma in individuals, families and communities, As an ordained Humanist minister, Blue loves to preside over the ceremonies that belong to ALL people from every walk of life, like house blessings, marriages, handfasting, celebrations of life, poly-relationship blessings, baby blessings, and more, to help people connect with each other and foster a sense of community. These ceremonies help with anxiety, PTSD, depression, and overall health as they have positive effects on the brain and body and can reduce stress, increase happiness, and promote well-being.
Blue Street is an award-winning public speaker, ordained Humanist minister, trauma survivor, and expert on matters of bodymind neuroscience, Trauma, spiritual healing, Law of Attraction, and manifestation. Science-Backed Modalities & Coaching
Somatic Experiencing
EMDR
EFT
Mindfulness
Somatic experiencing therapy can benefit people who suffer from PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain, grief, and substance use disorders. It is based on the idea that Trauma is stored in the body and can cause physical and emotional symptoms. Somatic experiencing therapy uses techniques such as guided imagery, body awareness, and gentle touch to help clients release the Trauma from their bodies and restore their natural balance. It can also enhance self-regulation, resilience, and well-being.
EMDR therapy has been shown to be effective for treating post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other mental health conditions. It helps people recover from traumatic memories and reduce their emotional distress. EMDR therapy involves focusing on a traumatic memory while following the therapist's eye movements or other stimuli. This process helps the brain reprocess the memory and create new associations with more adaptive information.
EFT treatment, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a form of therapy that involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on a negative emotion or belief. The goal of EFT is to reduce the intensity of the emotion and create a positive shift in the way the person thinks and feels. EFT is based on the idea that negative emotions are caused by disruptions in the body's energy system, and that tapping can restore the balance and promote healing.
Mindfulness treatment aims to help people cope with stress, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. It involves paying attention to the present moment, without judgment or criticism, and accepting one's thoughts and feelings as they are. Mindfulness treatment can be delivered in various ways, such as individual or group sessions. Some of the benefits of mindfulness treatment include improved mood, reduced stress, enhanced self-compassion, and increased well-being.
Aromatherapy
Lithotherapy
Biodynamic Breathwork
NLP
Aromatherapy is a holistic but chemistry-based therapeutic practice that uses natural plant extracts, known as essential oils, to promote physical and emotional well-being. As an integrative therapy, it complements traditional medicine by targeting the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Through methods like inhalation or topical application, chemical constituents in essential oils can help manage pain, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and enhance mood. It's increasingly recognized in healthcare settings for its potential to support patients in a non-invasive and personalized manner and is an effective complement to the beneficial effects of other therapies.
Lithotherapy is a trending but controversial form of spiritual healing that involves using crystals and gemstones to relieve anxiety, depression, and even pain. Based on the idea that different types of crystals have different properties and energies that can affect the mind, body, and soul, crystals can be worn, carried, placed in the environment, or used in various practices such as meditation. Rooted in the work of Marcel Vogel or Warren Marrison, the premise of the beneficial interaction of electromagnetic fields of the crystals and the human body could be hard science, or placebo effect, but results are documented.
Biodynamic Breathwork is a holistic healing modality that combines Eastern and Western wisdom, ancient practices, and cutting-edge science. It can benefit people experiencing various issues such as anxiety, chronic pain, anger issues, depression, Trauma, posttraumatic stress, grief, and emotional effects of physical illness . It provides a powerful avenue for healing Trauma on a somatic level by addressing both physical tension and emotional patterns. This intimate relationship allows us to stand more powerfully in the world, release stress and tension, consciously step away from negative patterns, and embrace our fullest potential.
Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) can be used as a healing modality for various issues, such as phobias, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and more. NLP practitioners use techniques such as reframing, anchoring, modeling, and rapport building to help clients achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. NLP is based on the premise that the words we use and the way we interpret them can influence our thoughts, emotions and actions. It aims to change the way people think, feel and behave by using language and other types of communication.

Based on a Humanist Approach Embracing Deliberate Creation
Humanism is a philosophy that values human dignity, worth, and a person’s ability to shape their own lives through reason and free inquiry. It originated in the Renaissance, and has influenced various fields of thought, education, culture, and politics throughout history.
The Law of Deliberate Creation recognizes that you are continually co-creating what's in your life, whether you're aware of it or not. By intentionally managing your thoughts, emotions, and actions, you can create a more joyous and fulfilling life experience .
Our mission is to bring tools from Ayurveda to Zouk to help you facilitate your healing and well-being so you can live the way you've always imagined!
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they're a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.

“Being able to feel safe with other people is probably the single most important aspect of mental health; safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives.”
Bessel van der Kolk, Author, The Body Keeps the Score
“One of the things many diseases have in common is inflammation, acting as kind of a fertilizer for the development of illness. We’ve discovered that when people feel threatened, insecure—especially over an extended period of time—our bodies are programmed to turn on inflammatory genes.”
Gabor Maté, Author, The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness, and Healing in a Toxic Culture
“After a traumatic experience, the human system of self-preservation seems to go onto permanent alert, as if the danger might return at any moment.”
